Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day return period after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
If a returned item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or use, AURÉS reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
