Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in DKK unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.
Returns
Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day return period after receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Product Information
We aim to present all products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the manufacturing process.
Each AURÉS garment is individually produced, and minor variations in embroidery placement, embroidery density, stitching, thread tension, seam finishing, or other handcrafted details may naturally occur. These variations are part of the product’s character and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Our jeans are made from heavyweight raw denim. As with all raw denim, the fabric will naturally soften, fade, crease, and develop a unique appearance over time. Slight fraying or loose thread ends may occur through normal wear or production and should be carefully trimmed with scissors if necessary rather than pulled.
These natural characteristics do not affect the quality, durability, or functionality of the garment and are not considered grounds for return or warranty claims.

AURÉS is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
