Returns
Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day return period after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Returned in original packaging
If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or use, AURÉS reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.
